Our project management services include two options:

1. Project Management Full Service (includes our entire team of specialists, design, labour, materials and project management)

Sometimes finding the right team of tradesmen could be a very challenging and time-consuming job.

This is a great option if you are time poor and want help in getting design, council approval, team of specialists on site, materials selection and coordinating the entire project from beginning to end.

We will make sure to meet your expectations at all times and we will be accountable for all steps of the process. We will work closely with you to determine budgets and needs and will provide you with a plan to achieve these goals. Our team will deal with everything from drawing plans, negotiating them through council and managing the renovation, through to ensuring the final finishes are complete. We can even assist with your difficult insurance claims

2. Project Management Essential Package (does not include design, materials and specialised labours)

Have you found the team of specialists and traders you want and like?
Great, then we can help coordinating the work for you.

The “Project Management Essential Package” is the most basic option where only project management services are provided. We don’t include any material costs and provide no design input. This is a great option if you already have a team of reliable specialists and tradies, materials suppliers, an existing design approved by the council and want only project management.
This package is could be a great idea if you have the time, along with knowledge and skills.
